2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever is earlier.
3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method (provided this does not incur any fees for you).
5.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
